Lead time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days—often same-day!

I will notify you immediately if there are any delays or unexpected issues.

Shipping & returns

Orders must be paid in full before any products are shipped. Domestic orders are shipped from Derwood, MD and are usually sent via USPS or UPS Ground. You'll also receive an email with tracking notification as soon as the order is shipped.

While I don't accept returns, I know that life happens! If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 14 business days to coordinate a replacement. Replacements will be sent as soon as possible. For damage claims, please include a picture of the product that can be shared with the mail carrier.
